简历:

  • 1982年和1985年在中国复旦大学分别获得物理学学士学位和电子工程学硕士学位;
  • 1990年在美国University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign 获得电子与计算机工程学理学博士学位;
  • 1990年任美国北卡罗莱纳大学夏洛特分校助理教授,1995年晋升为副教授;
  • 1999年起任美国德州大学达拉斯分校电子与计算机工程系正教授;
  • 2002年被聘为长江特聘教授;
  • 2003-2006年任复旦大学微电子研究院院长;
  • 2004-2007年任专用集成电路与系统国家重点实验室主任;
  • 2005-2006年复旦大学微纳电子科技创新平台主任;
  • 2010年获得国家海外高层次人才“千人计划”特聘教授。

  • 1991年获美国国家自然科学基金会(NSF)Research Initiation 奖;
  • 1993年获IEEE 电路与系统学会Darlington奖;
  • 1993年任国际学术期刊"Custom-Chip Design, Simulation and Testing"客座编辑;

  • 1996年担任美国国家自然科学基金会Career奖的委员会评委;

  • 面向领域的巨型计算体系架构研究;
  • 生物医疗芯片;
  • 模拟电路自动设计算法研究,实用化软件开发,模拟电路设计;
  • 现代智能化集成电路设计;
  • 近场通信芯片和系统研究。
