闫娜,女,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2007年7月获复旦大学微电子与固体电子学理学博士学位,后留校任教,在复旦大学专用集成电路与系统国家重点实验室、复旦大学微电子学院从事一线教学与科研工作。2011年7月至2012年7月,在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)做访问学者,开展微波毫米波集成电路的研究。
主要研究方向为混合信号与射频微波集成电路设计研究。以第一作者和通信作者在国内外重要期刊和会议上发表学术论文40余篇,其中SCI期刊论文14篇,EI收录论文30余篇。已授权发明专利5项,发表英文专著章节一章。作为课题负责人承担了国家自然科学基金面上项目、教育部新教师基金、上海市自然科学基金、国家重大专项03专项子课题等项目,并作为技术骨干参与了国家863重点项目、国家重大专项、国家科技支撑计划、欧盟第六框架计划、AUTO-ID全球实验室、上海市科技创新行动计划等课题10余项。
2010年获得上海市技术发明奖三等奖。


研究兴趣:

  1. 模拟射频/混合信号集成电路设计:
    1. 面向个人无线通信的收发机射频模拟前端芯片设计技术;
    2. 高效率能量获取及转换设计技术;
    3. 低功耗低成本的射频识别标签芯片设计技术;
  2. 微波毫米波集成电路设计:
    1. 微波毫米波段器件设计与建模研究;
    2. 24GHz汽车雷达收发前端模块设计技术研究;
    3. 60GHz短距离无线通信收发模块设计技术研究;

讲授课程:

  1. 《模拟电子学基础I》 本科生基础课。主要讲授电路的基本理论、分析电路的基本方法和进行实验、仿真的初步技能,为后续课程准备必要的电路知识。
  2. 《射频微电子学概论》 本科生专业选修课。主要讲授射频电路的基本概念和指标,阻抗匹配理论,收发机系统架构以及各主要模块的工作原理及分析方法。
  3. 《射频微波通信电路设计基础》 研究生专业选修课。讲述无线通信系统的组成及设计关键,介绍微波电路设计中的基本理论,如端口网络、阻抗匹配等,并基于网络分析方法讲解有源/无源电路模块的设计。
