吴东平,男,上海市东方学者特聘教授,“上海千人计划”专家,复旦大学微电子学院研究员,博士生导师。分别于1996年6月和1999年6月毕业于复旦大学电子工程系,获学士和硕士学位。2004年毕业于瑞典皇家理工学院,获理学博士学位。2004-2006年在德国英飞凌公司技术研发部门工作,从事65纳米以下超大规模集成电路的器件和工艺的研发。2006-2009年在德国奇梦达公司存储器技术研发部门从事60到30纳米世代存储器的研发工作,任器件和工艺专家、器件研发负责人。2009年6月起任教于复旦大学。兼任欧洲电子器件会议技术程序委员会委员及微光刻分技术委员会委员,发表论文60余篇,申请专利80余项。承担的主要研究课题包括02国家重大专项课题、国家自然科学基金项目、863课题、专用集成电路和系统国家重点实验室重点项目等。目前主要的研究方向主要包括:1)纳米尺度MOSFET器件及工艺集成技术,2)基于创新传感器的大规模集成电路基因测序技术,3)纳米器件及石墨烯气体传感器技术,4)PVDF材料纳米发电机技术,5)硅基光电集成工艺技术。欢迎有科学研究热情和对前沿交叉科技有兴趣的同学加盟一起研究。

Prof. Dong-Ping Wu received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in EE from Fudan University in 1996 and 1999 respectively, and his PhD degree from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden in 2004. During 2004-2006 he was with the R&D Division of Infineon Technologies in Germany, working on device and process technology for ULSI beyond 65nm. During 2006-2009 he joined the Memory R&D Division of Qimonda in Germany as a device & process expert and R&D leader where he worked on R&D of 60nm-30nm memory devices. From June of 2009.06, he is a professor of School of Microelectronics at Fudan University. He also serves on the ESSDERC Technical Programme Committee. He has published more than 60 papers and applied for more than 80 patents. His current research projects or sub-projects include National S&T Major Project 02,NSFC project, 863 project and projects from State Key Laboratory of ASIC & System. His current research interests are 1) processing and device technology of nano-scale MOSFETs; 2) Genome sequencing with semiconductor technology; 3) Gas sensor with graphene and nano-device; 4) PVDF-based nano-generator; 5) process integration for Si photonics.
