王肖,男,青年研究员。2006年毕业于复旦大学电子工程系,获理学学士学位,2011年毕业于复旦大学微电子系,获得理学博士学位。2008~2009年在奥地利CUAS大学微电子系担任研究助理。
2011年至2015年8月在创业公司泰凌微电子(上海)有限公司担任高级工程师、高级设计经理,负责射频与模拟芯片设计组团队建设,并带领设计团队承担蓝牙低功耗,Zigbee SOC和2.4G无线音频SOC,Wifi等产品。蓝牙低功耗和Zigbee SOC芯片的主要技术指标达到国际一流公司的水准,芯片集成度、性能和功耗达到业界同类产品最先进水平,芯片面积和封装成本业界最低,并被国内外整机系统厂商及平台芯片厂商大规模量产采用。
多项研究成果被IEEE RFIC Symposium,IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Technique,ESSCIRC,ASSCC等收录。
