02/1993 - 04/1994:Guest Professor in Hannover University, Hannover, Germany, gave lecture for Analog Integrated Circuits for students in Dept. of EE.
02/1989 – 05/1989:Associate researcher in Dept. of EECS, UC Berkeley, USA, Did simulation of CMOS Amplifier, by Prof. P. R. Gray.
1980年7月-1985年6月:瑞士联邦苏黎世高等理工学院(ETHZ, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich) 学习,获博士学位
