Research Interests:

  • Design automation of VLSI, including circuit simulation, high-speed Interconnect analysis and synthesis, high speed clock tree design, analog behavioral modeling and simulation, analog layout automation
  • VLSI design, including current mode analog circuit design, FPGA architecture and ASIC
